About the Role:
This role will partner with IP team on forward-looking layout of IP in various technology areas, patent mining and prosecution, planning of standard-essential patents, IP risk management during project, R&D, and production, FTO (infringement and invalidation analysis), IP evaluation, purchase, licensing, and litigation. Role will also support M&A projects.
Your profile:
- 10+ years post-qualification experience in international business and contract law, along with strong business and technology acumen
- Undergraduate degree in business or engineering a plus. And a combination of law firm and in-house experience.
- Innovative/creative and practical in crafting solutions that both enable and protect business interests.
- Deep understanding of dynamics and key business drivers in the technology industry.
