About the Company:
An electric vehicle and clean energy company is looking for an Employment Counsel.
About the Role:
This role will support HRM focusing on ER management, recruiting, C&B, as well as other legal affairs from time to time when necessary. This position, based in Shanghai or Beijing, will report directly to the Head of China Legal and will be part of the company’s China Legal team.
Your profile:
- Experience: At least 7 years with a top tier law firm or other in-house position, with rich experience in HR legal affairs;
- Qualifications: Qualified in the PRC with solid working knowledge of PRC laws in the aforementioned subject areas.
- Additional general details: Native Mandarin speaker, plus fluency in oral and written English; Strong capability in writing will be a must.
