A multinational chemical company for a sustainable future that combine economic success with environmental protection and social responsibility is looking for an IP Counsel Business Support.
About the Role:
This role will advise on the setting up or structuring of a patent strategy within business strategies and/or individual portfolios worldwide. Produce patent Freedom to Operate (FTO) opinions in relation to products, processes and uses in the context of third party property rights worldwide. Help to develop an application strategy domestically and abroad and check that there are no legal reasons which stand in the way of an application.
Your profile:
- Education: M. SC in a technical subject, Ph.D in a technical subject preferred
- Working Experience: Min. 5 years in Intellectual Property area in technical area of responsibility
- Technical & Professional Knowledge: Deep knowledge in technical subject and extensive professional IP knowledge; Patent bar and Legal bar preferred
