A multinational transportation tech start-up company is hiring a Legal Director. The role is to lead the legal efforts and facilitate the company’s global business operation and growth.
- Proven track record of counseling for U.S. and China cross-border business, especially M&A and compliance cases in AI or high-tech industry;
- With in-depth understanding and practical knowledge of both China and U.S. corporate law system;
- 5+ years working experience in a top-tier American law firm is a plus;
- Academic background/degrees in law from China and U.S.;
- Ability to understand complex technologies, sharp and curious, willing to work in a flexible and fast-changing environment.
