A world-leading food production company is hiring a Legal Counsel based in Shanghai. The role is to provide proactive and effective commercially focused Legal & Compliance support North Asia region, with China as a focus.
- Bachelor of Laws or Master of Laws from reputable law school in China, overseas education background as a big plus and PRC Bar examination passer;
- 6–8 years Post Qualified Experience with experience in international law firms or leading domestic;
- Good understanding of key compliance areas (including anti-corruption, trade sanction and anti-trust);
- Work independently with general supervision and direction from line manager in furtherance of department goals;
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while handling multiple competing tasks simultaneously to closure;
