A world leader in creating, developing, manufacturing and distributing luxury products is hiring a Legal Counsel. Primary responsibility is to providing legal advice and guidance on matters. Review and draft legal documents, manage risk, conduct negotiations on behalf of the organization and ensure the organization’s legal compliance.
- 5 years post qualified experience;
- Strong command in Mandarin and good working knowledge of English;
- Customer centric and commercially minded;
- Excellent work ethics and high level of professionalism;
- Strong legal skills, especially in contract law and negotiation;
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-pace environment, and to meet timelines;
