Legal Counsel (Pharmaceutical/Biology Engineering)

A leading pharmaceutical company in Beijing is hiring a Legal Counsel. Primary responsibility is to providing legal advice and guidance on matters. Review and draft legal documents, manage risk, conduct negotiations on behalf of the organization and ensure the organization’s legal compliance.

• 5 years or more post qualified experience.
• Academic background/degrees in law from top tier law school and reputable firms.
• Work independently with general supervision and direction from line manager in furtherance of department goals.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while handling multiple competing tasks simultaneously to closure.
