About the Company:
An electric vehicle and clean energy company is looking for a Legal Counsel – Antitrust.
About the Role:
Key responsibilities include supporting the company in multiple areas related to antitrust and others, work closely with business team to fulfil their various targets, and ensure the compliance of the company in antitrust area.
Your profile:
- Experience: At least 7 years with a top tier law firm or other in-house position, with rich experience in antitrust;
- Qualifications: Qualification in PRC with solid working knowledge of PRC laws in the aforementioned subject areas; Overseas education and/or work experience preferred.
- Additional general details: Native Mandarin speaker, plus fluency in oral and written English; Strong capability in writing will be a must.
