About the Company:
A global leader in aeronautics, space and related services is looking for a Legal Counsel (APAC).
About the Role:
The Legal Counsel will be part of a regional team providing legal and compliance support for all entities in the region. The role will report to the Head of Legal & Compliance Asia-Pacific and will be located in Singapore.
Your profile:
- +5 years of professional experience (acquired in law firms and/or in the industry, preferably in the aerospace or defence business and in the Asia-Pacific region).
- Qualified lawyer combining solid academic background and relevant practical experience in business law and compliance matters.
- Solid understanding of the business environment and the ability to provide high-quality legal advice with a view on finding pragmatic solutions for the business.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills in English.
