About the Company:
An electric vehicle and clean energy company is looking for a Legal Counsel – Data Privacy.
About the Role:
This role will support the company in multiple areas related to data and privacy protection and others by working closely with business team to fulfil their various targets, and ensure the compliance of the company data and privacy protection.
Your profile:
- Experience: At least 7 years with a top tier law firm or other in-house position, with rich experience in data and privacy;
- Qualifications: Qualified in the PRC with solid working knowledge of PRC laws in the aforementioned subject areas.
- Additional general details: Native Mandarin speaker, plus fluency in oral and written English; Strong capability in writing will be a must.
