About the Company:
A multinational Japanese manufacturer of building materials and housing equipment is looking for Manager, Legal & Compliance, Intellectual Property in Asia.
About the Role:
This position will lead IP strategies and implement associated practices to help drive the organization’s business objectives and growth in Asia.
Your profile:
- 6-10 years of relevant law firm and/or in-house IP legal experience, including management experience involving close cooperation with R&D, design, marketing, legal/compliance, and business management teams.
- Licensed to practice law in China, and/or the U.S., U.K. or other common law jurisdiction.
- Proven expertise and judgement in working through complex IP issues in a global environment, including those with significant strategic risk to the company.
- Written and verbal fluency in Chinese and English.
