A US service company is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel. Primary responsibility is to provide legal support to investigations and inspections by regulatory authorities and judicial authorities identifying legal issues.
- 6-10 years of professional experience with major law firms or legal departments of MNCs in the areas of dispute resolution, regulatory matters and compliance, exposure to professional service industries or capital markets a plus;
- An LLB and/or LLM degree from a top China law school is required, an LLM or equivalent from a reputable foreign law school will be highly valued;
- China Bar is required. A foreign bar admission will be highly valued;
- Good command of oral and written English;
- Based in Beijing;
