A world leading Pharmaceutical/Medical Company is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel. Be responsible for all legal matters; handle all disputes in the region, including dispute with customers, suppliers,
partners and internal employees in APAC region including Greater China and APJ.
- At least 10 years legal working experience;
- Bachelor degree or above, majoring in law, and passed the bar exam;
- Strong skills at contract drafting and negotiations in both Chinese and English;
- Strong legal sense and business acumen, adaptive to change and agile;
- Work location is in China, preferably in Beijing.
