An International IP consulting firm is hiring a Trademark Attorney in Beijing. The role mainly deals with pre/post registrations and it requires 6+ years of trademark-related experience.
- Qualified as PRC trademark agent, with a legal background preferably
- At least 6 years’ experience in dealing with trademark application/ prosecution work (pre and post registration matters), oppositions and cancellations.
- Strong PC skills (at least in relation to MS Office and Chinese word processing)
- Excellent English language skills (both written and spoken)
- Responsible, meticulous, with strong inter-personal skills, a team player and able to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines.
- International law firm experience would be an advantage, as is prior experience in anti-counterfeiting work.
