Sophie Chen is the Managing Director and Founder of DaoDe Search. She specializes in recruiting legal and compliance professionals from the Asian market with a focus on Singapore, Greater China and Hong Kong, and having worked in these three locations, Sophie has a firm grasp of these markets.

Her role as a professional recruiter is to serve the organizations by meeting their legal recruitment needs. Sophie has previously worked with reputed legal and compliance recruitment companies where she performed spectacularly to place a large number of legal and compliance professionals. For many years, she has been one of the top legal recruiters in the Asian region. Sophie has also successfully managed and lead a team of legal recruiters, where she honed her leadership skills and prepared her to be at the helm of DaoDe Search.
