LEGAL DIRECTOR – DATA PRIVACY Our client, a leading global sports and media organization, is seeking a Legal Director – Data Privacy based in Beijing or Shanghai office. This role is not only fully dedicated to the Data Protection of Great China but also supports IT, Cybersecurity and Technology/Digital Product Development M&A, commercial contracts, etc.
Requirements:
- Min. PQE 10 yrs
- Hold a bachelor’s and master of law degree from a reputable university
- Reputable law firm work experience, TMT industry experience is a plus
- Must be fluent in English (oral and verbal)
- PRC bar, Hong Kong, New York or California bar qualification( preferably dual qualification).
